Job Opening- Planner/Sustainability Coordinator for City of Clayton
Under the direction of the Senior Planner, this position coordinates the City’s sustainability initiatives by identifying and recommending methods and procedures to facilitate sustainability planning for the City; designs, plans, organizes, implements and promotes the City’s sustainable program and practices; researches and prepares reports related to planning issues; performs other duties as assigned including review of site plans for conformity with zoning and building codes; reviewing and processing permits; and providing technical expertise as needed.
Salary range: $42,575 – $63,863, with starting salary range of $42,575 – $53,219. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in planning or related field and three years of experience; master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience. Application deadline is November 13.
